At Vandal Stop, we understand that standard products don't meet every need. That’s why we offer a structured and transparent process for both modifying our existing products and developing completely new ones from the ground up.

This page explains our policies and process in detail. When you are ready to begin, you can purchase the appropriate design service directly from our Custom Product Development Page.

How the Process Works

1. Select the Right Service: Choose the design block from our product page that matches your project needs (New Product, Modification, or Custom Mirror).
2. Complete Your Purchase: All design work is pre-paid. Work will not begin until the service has been purchased.
3. Engage with Our Designer: Once your order is processed, our CAD expert will contact you directly via email to start the development process, review your requirements, and create your design.
4. Final Quote for Manufacturing: After the design is finalized and approved, we will provide a separate quote for manufacturing the physical product.

Our Design Service Options

We have created distinct service paths to meet your needs efficiently. Please review them below to understand which option to purchase.

1. Custom Mirror Requests

• For Custom Sizes: If you need one of our existing mirror models in a custom size, please contact us directly. We provide this service at no cost.
• For Custom Shapes: For a new or unique mirror shape, you must purchase the "Custom Mirror: Shape Design (2 Hours)" block from our product page to begin.

2. Modifying Other Existing Products

If you need to modify any of our other products (dispensers, enclosures, etc.), please email us with your request first. Our team will review it.

• If the modification has broad appeal: We may choose to absorb the design costs ourselves.
• If the change is highly specific: We will direct you to purchase the "Modification: Starter Block (2 Hours)" from our product page.

3. Designing a New Product from Scratch

For entirely new concepts that are not based on our current products, the process begins by purchasing the "New Product: Starter Block (4 Hours)". If more time is needed, it can be added by purchasing the "Project Continuation (1 Hour)" block.

Design Ownership & Rights

Our custom development services are offered at a discounted rate. In exchange for this rate, Vandal Stop retains all intellectual property rights to any resulting designs, allowing us to market and sell the product or its derivations.

• By purchasing any of our design services, you agree to these terms.
• If you require a design for which you retain exclusive ownership rights, do not purchase this service. Please contact us directly to discuss a separate development agreement.
• If development invoices are not paid in full, Vandal Stop reserves the right to retain full ownership of the design, regardless of any prior agreements.
