Vandal Stop Products primarily sells direct to the consumer via our website. However, we recognize that many Government agencies and large organizations have purchasing rules that require them to use a preferred vendor. To facilitate these requirements, we are happy to work with authorized Resellers and Distributors.

We offer a tiered Reseller Program with discounts based on the reseller's level of engagement. Please review the tiers below to find the best fit for your business.

Eligible Products:
Eligible products are identified by SKUs beginning with "AA-" or "VSP-". This generally includes our Washroom Accessories line (dispensers, mirrors, shelves, etc.). Partner products are not eligible for discounts.

Tier I Reseller (Project Based)

Qualification: Designed for companies bidding on a specific project where Vandal Stop products are specified. Ideal for one-off or infrequent purchases.

Requirements:

Resale certificate must be provided.
Bidding on projects where VSP products are specified.
Offers a 5% discount for eligible products.
Account must be in good standing.
All purchases must be made through the website using the assigned account.
Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Orders under $5000: Net 30 terms allowed (subject to credit approval).
Orders over $5000: Requires 50% deposit prior to production; balance due Net 30 from final invoice.

Reseller must communicate Production Lead Times to their customer.
Reseller may markup prices as deemed appropriate.

Tier II Reseller (Active Reseller)

Qualification: For companies that actively promote Vandal Stop products on their website or line card and generate consistent sales.

Requirements:

Resale certificate must be provided.
Must actively promote and sell VSP products.
Offers a 10% discount for eligible products.
Account must be in good standing.
All purchases must be made through the website using the assigned account.
Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Orders under $5000: Net 30 terms allowed (subject to credit approval).
Orders over $5000: Requires 50% deposit prior to production; balance due Net 30 from final invoice.
Must make a minimum of 5 sales per year to remain active.

Tier III Reseller (Stocking Distributor)

Qualification: Tier III is reserved for high-volume partners. It is designed for active Resellers demonstrating significant growth or established Stocking Distributors.

Requirements:

Prerequisite: Tier III is available to Resellers that have successfully completed Tier II requirements and have shown active growth in sales. Alternatively, Tier III is available to Stocking Distributors on a case-by-case basis upon application.
Resale certificate must be provided.
Must actively promote and sell VSP products.
Offers a 15% discount for eligible products.
Unless Net 30 Terms are negotiated, balance must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Minimum Order Quantity: 50 items (mix and match allowed).
All purchases must be made through the website using the assigned account.
Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Orders under $5000: Net 30 terms allowed (subject to credit approval).
Orders over $5000: Requires 50% deposit prior to production; balance due Net 30 from final invoice.
Must make a minimum of 10 sales per year to remain active.

How to Apply

If you are interested in joining our Reseller Program, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Complete our Reseller Information Form. This provides us with the necessary details to review your business.
Step 2: Create a User Account on our website (if you have not done so already).
Step 3: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Reseller Application - [Your Company Name]" and attach your Resale Certificate.

Once we receive your form and email, we will review your application and notify you of your status within 2-3 business days.

How to Submit a Purchase Order

To ensure accuracy and speed, we require all Purchase Orders to be submitted through our website. Please follow this process:

1. Submit Order Online

Add all desired items to your cart at www.vandalstop.com.
Proceed to Checkout.
Under Payment Methods, select "Pay by Purchase Order".
Upload a PDF copy of your official PO when prompted.
Complete the checkout process to place your order in our queue.

2. Deposits & Payment Terms

Once we review your order, the following terms apply based on the total value:

Orders Under $5,000: Standard Net 30 terms apply (subject to prior credit approval).
Orders Over $5,000: A 50% Deposit is required before production begins.
- We will review your order and contact you to arrange the deposit payment via ACH, Check, or Credit Card.
- Credit Card Fee: If you choose to pay the 50% deposit via Credit Card, we will email you a secure payment link that includes a 3% processing fee.
- Production: Your order will be scheduled for production immediately once the deposit is received.
Final Balance: Once your order ships, we will email an invoice for the remaining balance (Net 30 terms).
