Production & Lead Time

At Vandal Stop Products, all items are proudly handcrafted in the USA using American-sourced stainless steel. While we are expanding our in-stock inventory, most products are made to order to meet your specific needs.

Made-to-Order Production Lead Times

Our general estimated production lead times are as follows:

• Quantity 1 - 10: Approximately 6 to 8 weeks
• Quantity 11 - 50: Approximately 8 to 10 weeks
• Quantity 51 - 100: Approximately 10 to 12 weeks
• Quantity 101 - 200: Approximately 12 to 16 weeks
• Quantity 200+: Please call for an estimate

Important Notes on Lead Times:

• Seasonal Delays: Please anticipate potential production delays during November, December, January, and February due to holidays and possible winter weather disruptions.
• Supply Chain & Demand: Due to increased demand and potential supply chain fluctuations, production may require additional time. If you have a critical delivery date, please call or email us to verify current lead times before placing your order.
• Delivery Dates Not Guaranteed: Please note that all lead times are estimates.

In-Stock Products

We are continually working to expand our inventory of in-stock items for faster fulfillment. Quantities available for immediate shipping are displayed on the respective product page, if applicable.

• If you order items that are in stock, we will ship them as soon as possible.
• If the quantity you require exceeds our current stock, your entire order will be queued for a production run based on the lead times above.
• To receive in-stock items quickly when ordering more than available: You must submit TWO separate orders.
  1. Place an order for the quantity currently in stock.
  2. Place a second order for the remaining balance needed.
  We will ship your first (in-stock) order promptly and queue your second order for production.
  Example: If we have 10 units of Item X in stock and you need 15, place one order for 10 units and a separate second order for the remaining 5 units.

Rush Production

For customers with critical deadlines, we now offer a Rush Production category for select products. This option is designed for those who require expedited manufacturing and are willing to pay the associated premium. By choosing a Rush Production item, you are paying for us to prioritize your order and absorb the resulting disruption to our existing manufacturing queue.

We highly encourage customers to plan ahead and utilize our standard production timelines in exchange for our standard, lower pricing. However, if you are in a pinch, this expedited service is available to help meet your project needs.

Important Considerations for Rush Orders:

• Target Timeframe: We aim for an expedited production window of approximately 1 to 3 weeks, depending on current factory conditions and the urgency of your specific project.
• No Guarantees: While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your timeline, we do NOT guarantee production times or delivery by a specific date. The premium charge expedites your place in the manufacturing queue, but external factors and carrier transit times still apply.

Shipping Information

Most small orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Larger orders may be shipped via LTL Freight. As shipping is handled by third-party carriers, we do NOT guarantee delivery dates.

• Estimated Transit Times (after production):
  • UPS Ground: Typically 5 to 7 business days within the lower 48 states.
  • LTL Freight: Typically 1 to 2 weeks, potentially longer.
• These are estimates provided by carriers and can vary based on current industry conditions, weather, and carrier operations.
