How It Works:
- Virtual Consultation: Begin by scheduling a virtual meeting with our team. This is a crucial step to understand your needs and to guide you in selecting the most suitable sample product for evaluation. Schedule Your Meeting Now.
- Sample Selection: Based on our discussion, we will recommend a sample product from our limited selection. Please note, the sample may not be the specific type of product you are interested in but will certainly represent the high standards of all Vandal Stop products.
- 7-Day Evaluation Period: Once you receive the sample, you have 7 days to evaluate its quality and performance. Please note that the sample is for evaluation purposes only and should not be installed or altered.
- Decision Time: After your evaluation period, you can choose to purchase the sample unit or return it using the provided shipping label. If you decide to return the sample, it must be in the same condition as received.
Terms and Conditions:
- Location Restriction: Due to the high cost of shipping, the program is only available to those living in the United States. Entities outside of the US will be considered on a case by case basis but may be requested to pay for the cost of shipping.
- Product Eligibility: The Sample Evaluation Program is available exclusively for Vandal Stop specific products (SKUs starting with AA- or VSP-). Partner products that we resell are not included in this program.
- Condition of Sample: The sample unit is provided for evaluation purposes only and must not be installed or used in a permanent setting. It must be kept in good condition.
- Return Policy: If you choose not to purchase the sample unit, it must be returned in its original condition using the provided shipping label. Failure to return the sample in a timely manner or in its original condition will result in an invoice for the full price of the product.
- Limited Availability: The program is subject to the availability of sample units. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the program at any time.
