Unlike the remote vault toilets at the viewpoints, this campground features a full-service comfort station with running water, flush toilets, and electricity. The National Park Service has done an excellent job here, providing a facility that is modern, clean, and comfortable.
Modern Comfort in the Campground
The restroom building itself is attractive and fits well with the park's aesthetic, featuring dark siding and a stone wainscot similar to the vault toilets at Rainbow Point. Inside, however, it's a fully modern experience.
The interior is bright, spacious, and tiled throughout. The large skylights and transom windows flood the space with natural light, which is a huge plus for making a public restroom feel clean and inviting.

Key Features of the Restroom
This is a high-traffic facility, serving hundreds of campers, yet it was in excellent condition. The NPS maintenance crew clearly stays on top of things here.
- Full Tile Interior: The floor and walls are fully tiled in a neutral beige, which is durable, easy to clean, and looks much nicer than painted concrete.
- Modern Fixtures: The restroom features wall-hung sinks, clean mirrors, and solid partition walls. The urinals and toilets are standard commercial grade and were spotless.
- Accessibility: The facility includes a dedicated, spacious ADA stall with proper grab bars and plenty of maneuvering room.
- Cleanliness: The floors were swept, the trash was emptied, and the sinks were clean. It's exactly what you want to see in a campground bathroom.

The Final Verdict: A Top-Tier Campground Facility
This restroom gets everything right. It's modern, durable, and impeccably maintained. The use of tile, natural light, and quality fixtures makes it a pleasant place to use, which is high praise for a campground bathroom.
There was zero graffiti and no sign of vandalism. It's a perfect example of how providing a nice facility encourages users to treat it with respect. A solid 5-flush rating.
