How to Identify Your Key
While we strive to maintain a standard key across our product lines, supply chain restrictions occasionally require us to switch lock manufacturers. This means there are several different key profiles in circulation depending on when your product was built.
To ensure you order the correct replacement:
- Check the Image: Look closely at the photos provided on this page. Compare the shape of the key head and the lock face to your existing unit.
- Select from Dropdown: Once you have identified your specific type, select that code from the dropdown list on the right.
Purchasing Options
- Key Only: Sold in pairs. Choose this if your lock is working fine but you need extra keys for staff.
- Key + Lock: Includes a new lock cylinder and two matching key. Choose this if your current lock is jammed or broken.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR LOCK PURCHASES:
If you are purchasing a full 2 Keys + Lock assembly, we need to ensure it fits your specific unit. Different products (like Soap Dispensers vs. Toilet Paper Holders) may require specific internal cams or washers.
