The AA-EB-4R is a secure, surface-mounted enclosure built specifically to protect double-gang duplex electrical outlets from tampering, theft, and environmental damage. Crafted from 12-gauge 304L or 316L stainless steel and equipped with a padlock-ready shroud, this vandal resistant outlet box is ideal for correctional facilities, transit platforms, parks, schools, and public utility installations. Material & Finish:
Available in 12-gauge 304L stainless steel for general use or 12-gauge 316L for salt-exposed or marine environments. Satin #4 finish resists corrosion and supports long-term durability even in harsh conditions.
Installation Guidance:
Use 3/8” stainless steel anchors (not included) for surface mounting. Back bracing of at least ¾” is recommended. For partitions or thin walls, T-nuts or other secure fasteners should be used. When possible, back-to-back installations should be through-bolted for maximum structural integrity.
Warranty:
Backed by a 10-year vandalism warranty on 12-gauge models. If the unit is compromised by vandalism while properly installed and locked, we will repair or replace it — no other manufacturer offers this level of protection.
